What does PSC believe?

• Palestinians should have the same rights and freedoms as anyone else, but right now they don’t.
• No one should have their rights denied or be treated differently because of their ethnicity or religion.
• There can be a peaceful and just end to decades of occupation and oppression that respects the rights and dignity of Palestinians and Israelis.
• Change in the UK can affect change in Palestine. As a key ally of Israel, the UK is well placed to have a significant impact.
• When people stand together, they have the power to change the course of history.

What are PSC's aims?

PSC campaigns for an end to the Israeli occupation of Palestine and for peace and justice for everyone living in the region. It supports the Palestinian people’s struggle for freedom, justice and equality, including:

• the right of self determination for the Palestinian people;
• the right of return of the Palestinian people;
• the struggle to end settler colonialism, apartheid, and military occupations, motivated by Zionism, which deny the realisation of those rights.

Independence & funding

PSC is powered by donations from members and supporters. It does not accept money from governments, political parties, or big businesses, so campaigning stays independent. PSC is not a charity; political campaigning is vital so Palestinians can determine their own future.

Politics, priorities & democracy

PSC is not aligned to any political party in the UK or in Palestine. Campaign priorities are set each year at the Annual General Meeting. An elected Executive Committee oversees work between AGMs.
