Thur 21st Nov — Falasteen Film Club x Trinity Theatre screening of ‘No Other Land’
Join us on Thursday November 21st, at the Trinity Theatre in Tunbridge Wells, for the screening of ‘No Other Land'.
Film synopsis: For half a decade, Basel Adra, a Palestinian activist, films his community of Masafer Yatta being destroyed by Israel's occupation, as he builds an unlikely alliance with an Israeli journalist who wants to join his fight. Their complex bond is haunted by the extreme inequality between them: Basel, living under a brutal military occupation, and Yuval, unrestricted and free. This film, by a Palestinian-Israeli collective of four young activists, was co-created during the darkest, most terrifying times in the region, as an act of creative resistance to Apartheid and a search for a path towards equality and justice.

Sat 30th Nov — Join our 2nd ‘Come Dine for Palestine’ social event
Following the huge success and popularity of our ‘Come Dine for Palestine’ social event in June we’re looking to hold another event on Saturday 30th November (to coincide with Int Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people on Nov 29th). More details to follow…but expect Palestinian food, music, a fundraising auction and more!
